     Flora Elzira Cutts was born on 3 November 1850 at Vermont; Flora's burial record gives her birthdate as well as the information that her parents Lorne and Sarah Wheeler Cutts were of Newport Centre, Vermont.2 She was the daughter of Lorne Cutts and Sarah Wheeler. Flora Elzira Cutts was baptized on 11 November 1900 at Fitch Bay, Stanstead Co, Quebec.1 She married Briggs Ephraim Wait, son of Enoch Wait and Emily Caroline Tryon, on 15 September 1881 at Newport Centre, Orleans Co, Vermont.3,4 Flora Elzira Cutts died on 26 September 1903 at Brown's Hill Cemetery, Stanstead, Stanstead Co, Quebec, at age 52.5,6 She was buried on 28 September 1903 at Newport Centre, Orleans Co, Vermont; Burial services were held at the home, and she was buried in Newport Centre.5
