Margaret King was born circa 1573 at Great Baddow, Essex, England.1 She was the daughter of Francis King. Margaret King married Robert Pease, son of John Pease and Margaret Hyches (?), circa 1586 at Great Baddow, Essex, England.1 Margaret King died on 1 September 1644 at Salem, Essex Co, Massachusetts.1
Named in her husband's will, proved 12 June 1623, two months after he died. The widow Margaret continued to live in Great Baddow for ten years. Margaret emigrated to America in the years just prior to her death.
1639, Salem: admitted as a member of the church in Salem. She evidently traveled to Massachusetts in 1639, probably accompanied by her son John who returned to Essex to get her.1
