Adelaide of Maurienne was born circa 1092 at Savoy, France. She was the daughter of Humbert II de Maurienne and (?) Gisele de Bourgogne. Adelaide of Maurienne married King Louis VI of France, son of Philip I King of France and (?) Bertha of Holland, on 3 August 1115. Adelaide of Maurienne died on 18 November 1154. She was buried at Montmartre Abbey, France.
