     Zachariah Vincent was born circa 1872 at Vermont.1 He was the son of Martin Van Buren Vincent and Lydia Miranda "Elizabeth" Scott. Zachariah Vincent died on 22 July 1942 at Syracuse, New York; He was orn in Vermont 70 years ago and spent nearly his entire life in Burke. His wife Sarah died three years ago, and he left two sons, William and Ernest both of Syracuse. Two sisters, Mrs. William Kenneston, of Massena and Mrs. Goldie Dougherty of Burke, survive him.2
