     Nancy Welch was born on 25 July 1819 at Missisquoi Co, Quebec. She was the daughter of Archelaus Welch and Martha ? (?). Nancy Welch was baptized on 3 March 1844 at St Armand, Missisquoi Co, Quebec; St Armand Methodist Church. She married Freeman Scott, son of John Scott and Mary Buck, on 8 January 1842 at Dunham, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1 Nancy Welch died on 19 February 1905 at age 85.
