Elizabeth Slap was born on 25 April 1714 at Salem, Essex Co, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Lt. John Slap and Elizabeth Marble. Elizabeth Slap married Daniel Hovey, son of James Hovey and Deborah Barlow, on 6 December 1732.¹ Elizabeth Slap died in 1804; She supposedly died at the home of her son Enoch, but at this point, not sure what location Enoch was in in 1804.
