     Elizabeth Phillips was born on 6 June 1814 at Clarenceville, Missisquoi Co, Quebec.1,2 She was the daughter of Samuel Phillips. Elizabeth Phillips married Reuben Patterson, son of Frederick Patterson and Nancy May, on 27 December 1842 at Alburg, Grand Isle Co, Vermont.3 Elizabeth Phillips died on 19 August 1898 at Pine Street, Proctor, Rutland Co, Vermont, at age 84; The death certificate listed her age as 84 yrs 2 mos and 13 days. She was a widow, born in Clarenceville.1 She was buried at Burke Center Cemetery, Burke, Franklin Co, New York.2
