     Isaac Benjamin Howard was born on 11 March 1855 at St Martins, Saint John Co, New Brunswick.1,2 He was the son of Alexander Grant Howard and Sarah Ann Bradshaw. Isaac Benjamin Howard married Bessie Floyd on 13 December 1882.2 Isaac Benjamin Howard died on 27 August 1932 at age 77.2
