He was buried on 18 August 1614 at St John the Baptist Churchyard, Great Amwell, Hertfordshire, England.3,2
     He left a will on 19 April 1613 at Amwell, Herts, England; His will states, "I give & bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Warren wife of Richard Warren Sixteene pounds of laweful money of England, and unto her three Children Marey, Ann and Sarey Warren Fower pounds...". This record is held in the Essex Record Office.4
