The following is a summary I did for some land records from Osage County, Missouri for John Thiem and Fritz Thiem.  I am sure there are more records and as time allows will look for them.  If anyone is knowledgeable enough with land records to answer a few questions, please email me.  I am having trouble making sense some of the "legal" lingo.  Thanks
