Annual contributions and interest from our endowment pay for normal operating costs of the cemetery. Major improvements, however, are given by relatives in memory of family members of earlier generations who are buried in the cemetery.

Memorial contributions were made by association members to defray the cost of the driveway which was dedicated in June 2008. Those donations over $250 will be designated on a permanent marker set in or near the driveway.

In 2008 memorial contributions were made by association members to fund the purchase and installation of 10 Crepe Myrtle trees.

In 2009 contributions were made by association members to help fund Ryan Hollenshead's Eagle Scout project. The cemetery fence was repainted and a flagpole was installed. See the full article Eagle Scout Raises the Flag at the Cemetery on the NEWS page.

The board will continue to investigate landscaping and beautification projects. It may be possible in the future to make a contribution for other projects.

A list of additional suggested memorials may be posted here in the future.
