Death of Clyde Cox
The remains of Cyde Cox, the 19-year old son of Marion Cox of near Farmers
Branch, arrived last Monday from El Paso and were buried the following day at
Webb Chappel, Rev. S. E. Pritchett conducting the funeral services.
Tuesday of last week the deceased, accompanied by his father, went to El Paso in
hopes of improving his health, but the change was very detrimental and resulted
in Clyde's death last Sunday and just a week from the day he left home he
returned a corpse.
Clyde Cox was very popular among the young folks of his community and for
several years had been a member of the Methodist church.

Farmers Branch
June 30. --
A large crowd attended the funeral of Clyde Cox Tuesday from his home. We can
only say God's will be done, for we know he doth all things well. We join
friends extending sympathy to the berieved ones.
