On 21 April 1685 Mary Wells, widow and Richard Mitchell of Talbot Co. MD. adm. of James Wells sold, in Kent Co., Pa. HOWELLS LOT [DeedsKT B1:65] near Dundee "laid out for James Wells."[DeedsKT B1:21]
