John Wells,by his will executed in the Register's Office for Co.afsd., bequeathed all his lands in his right to his two sons, James Wells,partie to these presents, and John his other son,which yet remains undiveded between the two sons. This tract called "Chippanorton," bought by John Wells in his lifetime from Thomas Nixon & Mary,wife,administratrix of Estate of Benjamin Brady,dec'd.
