He married HANNAH MAYO December 4, 1642.⁽¹⁴⁷⁾ HANNAH was born Stretton, Rutland Co. England 1621. HANNAH⁽¹⁴⁸⁾ was the daughter of REVEREND JOHN MAYO and TAMSEN. HANNAH died aft 1691.⁽¹⁴⁹⁾ At 22 years of age HANNAH became the mother of HANNA BACON September 4, 1643. At 23 years of age HANNAH became the mother of NATHANIEL, JR. BACON February 5, 1645. At 27 years of age HANNAH became the mother of MARY BACON August 12, 1648. At 28 years of age HANNAH became the mother of SAMUEL BACON February 25, 1650. At 31 years of age HANNAH became the mother of ELIZABETH BACON January 28, 1653. At 35 years of age HANNAH became the mother of JEREMIAH BACON May 8, 1657. At 37 years of age HANNAH became the mother of MERCY BACON in Barnstable, Cape Cod, MA, January 8, 1659.⁽¹⁵⁰⁾ February 28, 1659 was the date noted in the BACON family book from Kent Oachs. At 28 years of age NATHANIEL became the father of SAMUEL BACON February 25, 1650. At 31 years of age NATHANIEL became the father of ELIZABETH BACON January 28, 1653. At 35 years of age NATHANIEL became the father of JEREMIAH BACON May 8, 1657. At 39 years of age NATHANIEL became the father of JOHN BACON June 10, 1661. NATHANIEL was honored in Plymoth, Ma, 1665. NATHANIEL was honored in Plymoth, Ma, 1667. He moved to America with his brother and sister. Nathaniel, "The Immigrant," represents the beginning of Bacon family in America. We'll be following his youngest son, John. He was a man of ability and strict integrity. Prominent and influential, he was a member of the Council of War and so on. He was also elected Assistant in the Government of Plymouth Colony, remaining until his death. This was Nathaniel's call "The Immigrant of Barnstable." His descendants have ever been known for excellence of character and no name stands higher for moral worth and integrity. MARY died October 4, 1671 in Hingham, Plymouth Co, MA, at 23 years of age.⁽¹⁵⁴⁾ She married JOSIAH LANE in Hingham, Plymouth Co, MA.⁽¹⁵⁵⁾ JOSIAH was born May 23, 1641.⁽¹⁵⁶⁾ JOSIAH was the son of GEORGE LANE and SARAH HARRIS. JOSIAH died March 26, 1714 at 72 years of age.⁽¹⁵⁷⁾ At 30 years of age JOSIAH became the father of MARY LANE in Hingham, Plymouth Co, MA, September 29, 1671.⁽¹⁵⁸⁾ (See JOSIAH LANE for the continuation of this line.)
