[Note: The files contain a VERY lengthy transcription of the will which, due to the many details, is a little confusing, i.e., the passage written in the third tense regarding the WARRENS which must refer to his 2nd wf Sarah (DOTY)(WARREN) BACON & her WARREN children] John was the youngest son in his family. John and Mary were noted to have had 8 children, however, the information Kent Oachs put together regarding the Bacon family tree did not have the 8th child's name. John and his second wife, Sarah, had no offspring. He was a lawyer of a large practice, a church member, character unblemished, a Judge of Court of Com Pleas. He had a large estate. The Bacon's owned large tracts of land in Barnstable, MA. Last edited on 12 SEP 1999 in source program.
