Baptism of Thomas:

The record book of the Penistone church, documents the baptism of Thomas Wainwright, son of Jeremiah Wainwright, at Penistone on March 27, 1760.

This is a picture of the grave site of Thomas Wainwright (and others) in the churchyard at Penistone, Yorkshire England. Although we have no documentation about him yet, it would seem that he is a brother of Jeremiah Wainwright and John Wainwright, who are also buried here.

The grave stone lists his death as 1835 at age 65, making his birth date about 1770, but the only baptismal record found at Penistone for a Thomas Wainwright, in that time period, with the father as Jeremiah Wainwright, shows the birth as 1760. It's possible that his age was an estimate by those who prepared his grave stone..
