Will of J. M. Coleman Sr.

State of Mississippi
Tate County

I, James Milton Coleman, Senior, of Tate County Mississippi of sound mind and memory, make this my last will.

Having already given my children by my first and second wifes their respective portions, as I felt able to give them, I give and devise and bequeath to my present wife, Laura A. Coleman, my entire estate and property real and personal to thbe used for the benefit of herself and her children by me as long as she remains by widow after paying all my just debts.

Should my wife marry again I then direct that the property be divided equally between her and any of her surviving children by me.

I appoint as my executor of this will, my wife, Laura A. Coleman without bond.

In witness whereof I have signed published and disclosed this instrument as my will at said county.

This the 19th day of Nov 1904.
