When Nathaniel was 15 he was an apprentice to Samuel Croyle, grocer of Colchester. Nathaniel Foote came from England to Watertown, MA 1630; freeman 1634; Nathanield brought from England his wife Elizabeth and children Nathaniel, Elizabeth, Mary ,Robert, Frances, and Sarah, Rebecca was born in America.
