Jim Blackcloud, veteran of the Civil War, died at the Menominee hospital last Wednesday. He was about eighty years old. There are only three of the old veterans of the Civil War still alive on the reservation.

 

 

We know he served but were unable to find him in the roster's. He may have assumed another surname of which we know not. Several of the Menominee's that served were not found for this reason, so we have posted what we know about them.
