In 1918 Alfred Boyd was admitted to the US National Home for Disabled
Volunteer Soldiers with disabilities such as blindness in both eyes,
cardiac hypertrophy, old injury to left shoulder and deafness.
His domestic history was he was born in Wisconsin was 73 years old, 5'8"
dark complexion, brown eyes, gray hair could read and write was a
farmer, came from Keshena. He was separated from his wife and next of
kin was Mrs. Mary Warrington, Keshena, his daughter.
