Wm. Brodhagen, an old and highly respected citizen of the town of Belle
Plaine, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. F. W. Krumbach, on
Sunday, Oct 25. The deceased was 78 years of age and had made his home
with his daughter the past six years, since his wife died. Two sons,
Herman Brodhagen of Milwaukee and Fred Brodhagen of Belle Plaine, and
three daughters, Mrs. F. W. Krumbach of Belle Plaine, Mrs. D. Meisner of
this city and Mrs. Minnie Foelkner of Oconto, are left to mourn his
departure. The funeral was held on Wednesday the 28th. The sympathy of
all is extended to the bereaved in this sad hour.
