Benjamin Fluck of Hartpury, yeoman
 

Be it Remembered that I Benjamin Fluck of Hartpury in the County of Gloucester Yeoman being weak in Body but of Sound Mind Memory and Understanding Do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say Imprimis I desire that all my Just Debts and Funeral Expences be paid and satisfied by my Executor hereinafter named I Give and Bequeath unto my Son in Law Thomas Newman of Hartpury in the said County of Gloucester the Sum of One Shilling to be paid him by my Executor hereinafter named within Three Months next after my decease I Give and Devise unto my Dear Daughter Eleanor the Wife of John Fletcher of Maisemore in the said County of Gloucester All that my Messuage or Tenement and Garden with the Appurtenances thereunto belonging now in the Possession or Occupation of the said John Fletcher as Tenant thereof situate and being in the Parish of Maisemore aforesaid which I hold by Lease under the Lord Bishop of Gloucester determinable with certain Lives therein mentioned To have and to hold the said Messuage or Tenement Garden and Premises unto my said Daughter Eleanor her Executors Administrators and Assigns for all such Estate Term and Interest as I shall have therein at the time of my decease All the Rest and Residue of my ready Money Securityes for Money Plate Linnen Household Goods and Furniture and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever after Payment of my Just Debts Legacy and Funeral Expences I Give and Bequeath the same an every part thereof unto the said John Fletcher whom I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament Set my Hand and Seal this Twenty Eighth day of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Four
