Charles Fluck of the Parish of Deerhurst, yeoman 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Fluck of the Parish of Deerhurst in the County of Gloucester (Yeoman) do make this my last Will and Testament revoking all others heretofore made by me in the manner following first I direct that all my Just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses be fully paid by my Executor herein after named. I give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife, Ann Fluck, in lieu of her thirds the sum of twenty pounds of lawful British money to be paid to her by two half yearly instalments, by my Executors out of my Copyhold Estate situate in the Parish of Deerhurst aforesaid during the term of her natural life, out of the rents, or produce, or profits arising from the aforesaid Copyhold Estate. I give and bequeath after the payment of twenty pounds by two half yearly instalments to my beloved wife the residue of the profits or produce arising from my Copyhold Estate to be equally divided among my Children Charles Fluck, Thomas Fluck, Martha Fluck, John Fluck, Mary Wass and George Fluck, their heirs or assigns, reserving however the sum of five pounds to be paid unto my youngest daughter Mary Wass wife of George Wass before the division or Sharing the rents, or produce, or profits of my aforesaid Copyhold Estate, or her heirs, or assigns, after the disease of my beloved wife I give and bequeath unto my daughter Martha Fluck the sum of ten pounds to be paid out of the Share which I give unto my son George Fluck, out of my aforesaid Copyhold Estate, after the disease of my beloved wife Ann Fluck my aforesaid Copyhold Estate to be sold by Public Auction within twelve Callendar Months and to be equally divided among my aforesaid Children Charles Fluck, Thomas Fluck, Martha Fluck, John Fluck, Mary Wass and George Fluck, reserving the aforesaid legacy out of my Son's share George Fluck unto my daughter Martha Fluck, their heirs and Assigns for ever, I give unto my Wife Ann Fluck the use of all my household furniture during the term of her natural life after her disease I give the same unto my daughters Martha Fluck and Mary Wass to Share and Share alike or their heirs or assigns my aforesaid Copyhold Estate shall be subject to the mortgage or incumberance thereupon before any division or Sharing shall take place and also all my just debts and funeral expenses, except testimentary expenses which are to be paid by my daughter Martha Fluck and Mary Wass out of the personal property which I give unto them after the disease of My beloved Wife Ann Fluck all the residue if any of my personal property of whatever nature or kinds soever and wheresoever situate I give unto all my aforesaid Children after the disease of my wife to be equally divided among them their heirs or assigns I appoint my Son Charles Fluck of Cheltenham and Josiah Hopkins of the Parish of Eldersfield sole Executors and Trustees of this my Will and Testament their heirs or Assigns in Witness whereunto I have set my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of April in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty one 

In Witness whereunto we have set our hands who in his presence and at his request have subsribed our Names as Witnesses thereunto
