This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Fluck of Twyning in the County of Gloucester Farmer Imprimis I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences be fully paid and satisfied and I do hereby appoint my dear wife Sarah Ann Fluck Mr Frederick James Price Surgeon and Charles Bolton Edgcombe Executrix and Executors of this my last Will and I do hereby revoke annul and declare void all and every testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore made and I do hereby give devise and bequeath to my said wife her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely all and singular my household goods in plate linen china and utensils Also all my Crops of Corn grain and hay live and dead stock & implements of farming Also all monies securities for money and all my personal Estate whatsoever And also all my Lands tenements hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever lying and situated And I also devise to my said wife all and every Estate and Estates which may be vested in me by way of mortgage or upon any trust or trusts whatsoever To hold the said trust and Mortgage estate respectively to my said wife her heirs and assigns upon the trusts and subject to the equities affecting the same As witness my hand this Eighteenth day of April One thousand eight hundred and fifty - Chas Fluck - Signed by the Testator Charles Fluck in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other all being present at the same time have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses - Mr A.
