Charles Fluck of Cheltenham, Grocer

 

This is the last Will and testament of me Charles Fluck of Cheltenham in the County of Gloucester Grocer.  I direct my debts funeral and testamentary expences to be paid as soon as may be after my decease and subject thereto I give devise and bequeath all and singular my real and Personal estate whatsoever unto my Wife Rosa Fluck To hold to her her heirs and assigns for ever I devise all real estate vested in me either as Trustee or Mortgagee unto George Mickelwight of Cheltenham aforesaid Gentleman his heirs and assigns to be held by him upon the same trusts as the same estates are now respectively held by me And I appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my Will And hereby revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made I declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this thirtieth day of January One thousand eight hundred and fifty six.

 

Signed by the said testator Charles Fluck as and for his last Will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our Names as Witnesses

 

 

Probate granted 25 February 1856 to Rosa Fluck on No 3 Tivoli Place Cheltenham.

Testator died 9th February 1856.
