In dei nome Amen the vjth daye of December Anno Dno 1576 In the xixth yere of the Reigne of owre Sovreigne ladie Ellizabeth by the grace of God Quene of England France and Ierland Defendor of the Fayth etc I Edmond Flucke of Twexburie in the Countie of Glocester & Dioc of the same beeinge sicke in boddye ytt in good & pfeicte memorie (thanks bee to god) doo make ordeine and constitute this my present Testamente conteyninge herein my last will in maner & forme followinge that is to seye Item furst I geve & bequeth my Sowll too Almightie god my maker & to his Sonne Jesus Christ by whose deeth and passion and by fayth in his blud I am fullie assured to have pdone of my Synns: And towchinge my boddye I commend ytt too ye yerth to bee buried in the Churchyard of Twexburie Aboveseid: Item I geve & bequeth Anne Fluck my daughter A beed A bolster A peere of sheets A coverlett A peere of blanketts A brasse pott A cobberd All wch seid pcells too bee ye best the wch I had before the daye & tyme I married wth Ellizabeth nowe my wyeff together & moreovr I geve & bequeth to ye seid Anne my seid daugh my thyrd best candlesticke three grette chargers And A hemptone boorde clothe: And furthr my will & intente is that yf itt shall or doo happen the seid Ellizabeth my wyfe to make Refusall & denie to keepe & maynteine the said Anne Flucke my seid daughter in and wth all manr of necessaries as to suche Achitles Requisite frome the daye of my decesse untill & for & duringe the wholle & full tyme yt shee ye seid Anne Flucke shalbe Able to gooe or to bee placed in service that then presentlie upon the daye of the same Deniall or Refusall yf Anie suche bee made then shee the seid Ellizabeth to paye unto the seid Anne Flucke xls of good & lawfull money of England Item I geve & bequeth to Edmond Flucke my sonne my best brase panne my second best candelstick my best broche my best cawtherne A payer of flaxen sheets A peere of hemptone sheets Item I geve & bequeth to Richard Flucke my sonne my third best brase potte Item I geve & bequeth to Harrye Flucke my sonne my second best brase panne Item I geve & bequeth to John Flucke my sonne two chargers of pewter & A peere of hemptone sheets All wch & singular ther seid ptnns before to ye seid my Children bequested my will & intente is they & evry of them to have the same to them delivred presentlie After my decesse & the same to bee used in their behalfe as shalbe well thought of by ye Rulle & oversight of those my overseeres herein named And all other my goods & cattell & chattells as well moeveable as unmoeveable the legacs & bequests before specified beinge well & trulie contented my debts paid & funeralls discharged I whollie geve to Ellizabeth Flucke my seid wyeffe the wch I make my Solle execuctrix: And I will & desire my wellbeloved freends Wm Hennes & Ricd Watters to bee my supvicers & overseers of this my prsente testamente & last will Item & moreover I geve to ye seid Anne A nue coffer In wytnes whereof I have hereunto putt my hand in the pnts & wytness of Roger Timbrell Ricd Waters Anne Henns And Thomas Freebanke ye manye othr
