That is to saye: firste I commende my soulle into the handes ofgod my macker hopeinge assuredly through the free grace of god in Jesus Christe my saver to bee made ptacker of life Everlastinge, And I commende my bodey to the Earthe whereof it was made: And for my worly goods I dispose as followeth: Imp^s I give unto Marye Flucke my daughter and to her Eyers for ever all that house and orcharde w^th the treese and hedgis there on grouinge lately by me pchased of one Edmunde Hawker caled and knoune by the name of hillhouse hay sittuate lyinge in Appley in the pish of Derehurst Aforesaide, allsoe I give unto my saide daughter Marye Flucke Thirtye pounds of Lauefull English money to be paide unto her by my sun Edwarde Flucke: and this in consideration of a psell of meadow that I lately purchased by me of one Richarde Browne gent. w^th saide psell of meaddoue upon the said consideration. I give to my sun Edwarde Flucke & to his Eyers for Everm provided: akk wise that if my saide sune sun Edwarde Flucke: do not pay the said Thirtey pounds to my daughter Marye Flucke w^thin one halfe year after my deses then I give and Bequeth unto my daughter Marye Flucke and to her Eyers for Ever, all that pselle of meddoue lately by me purchased of one Richarde Browne gent, allso I guve unto my daughter Marye Flucke the bedsteede bede and bolster where on shee lieth the bedhealing there on and the beste blankete, and the nexte beste y^e to w^ch I shall after in this my will give to my sone Edwarde; my second briteste brase potte and my secont beste kettelle my cheste in the chamber my to beste barrels ans my beste ferrkin my spire morter and pestell and on pillowe and pillowes board, Ite I give to my daughter Marye Flucke thirtey poundes Ite I give to my daughter Johan Bishope ten poundes of goode and Lawfull English munney and my biggeste oulf collett Ite I give to my sune William Flucke Twentey poundes if currente English muney, my beste bras pott and my beste kettelle but on: Ite I give to my daughter Johan Bishope that bede and boulstere whereon I lieth the bed healinge usede there w^th the nexte paire of blankets and on paire of sheetes, whereas I have taken a lease of John Flucke of Clemengdain in y^e Coun of Middlesex of on tenementt or cottage: Ite I give unto my daughter Johan Bishope that tenemente or cottage w^th the a pertinances during her life, and presenteley after her death, I give it to her daughter Elizabeth Bishope durenge the terme of her life and after the desese of Elizabeth Bishope I give it to Marye Bishope her daughter, and my will is that my sune Edwarde Flucke and his eyers for shalle have the keepeinge of the lease in truste duringe the terme as a fore said, Ite I give to Marie Bishope the daughter of Johan Bishope the sume of six poundes of lawfulle Englishe muney and my will is that my sone Edwarde Flucke shall have the settinge of it for the tell shee shalle accomplish the adge of on and twentey yeares paying unto the said Mary Bishope her munnie and halfe the Intres when she shalle accomplish the adge a fore said, provided all wayes, that if Mary Bishope shalle die, bee fore she shalle accomplish the adge as a fore said then my wille is further that the saide muney and the Intereste shalle bee paide to y^e saide Elizabeth Bishope daughter of the saide Johan Bishope, but in case they both shall die before Either of them shall accomplish the adge a fore saide, then my will is that my daughter Johan Bishope shall Injoye the muney and the Intres as a foresaide, But if they three shall die before Either of them have recevede the muney then my will is that the muney and the Intres shalbe devidede in Equalle porsiones betwixte Edwarde Flucke William Flucke and Mary Flucke my sones and daughtere, Ite I give unto my sone Edwarde Flucke all that house and orcharde and Errable lande w^ch I lately purrchasede of on Thomas Hawker and all the reste of my freehoulte land purrchasede of anye other whome soo Ever not formerly disposede by me either by deede or by this my laste will. I make constytute and ordaine Edwarde Flucke and my daughter Marye Flucke Joynte Executors of this my laste will and testamente to doe what soe ever is fitte and conveniance for Joynte Executors to doe and for the better orderinge of all thinges accordinge to my Intente and meaninge I nominate and apoynte my loveing kinesman Tho: Fluck & John Flucke over seers of this my laste will and testamente reposinge truste in them to order thinges a righte amungeste my children in reference to this my will and I doe give them to shillings sixe pence a peese to by them gloves.
