Elizabeth Flucke of Stokeorchard, weedow 

In the name of god amen the 5th daie of February 1671 in the 22 yeare of the kinge Charles the Second I Elizabeth Flucke weedow of Stokeorchard in the Parish of Bishopes Cleeve the County of Glocester being of perfecte memory and remembrance praised be god for itt doe make and ordaine this my last wil land testament in manner and forme following (viz) first, I bequeath my soule into the handes of allmighty god my maker hoping that through the meritorious death and passion of Jesus Christ my only saviour and Redeemer to receive free pardon and forgiveness of all my sinnes and as for my body to bee buried in Christian burial att the dicrection of my executor hereafter nominated

Item I give to my daughter Mary Fluck my best beed with all that doe bee long to him the greate chest my coffer the great brass cettell allthe peuter but to dishes on great skill the greate pot the lessor spit the lessor tabell borde to barrelles on gine chaser on coule on paile the handirones to paier of shetes on flaxen the other hempen four napkinges on flaxen tabel cloth allso I give to my daughter Mary fifty pound to be paid her within to yeare after my desease twenty pound to be paid hir at on yeares end after my desease and the other thirty poundes to bee paid hir at the end of to yeares after my desease by my executor heare after nominated

Item I give to my sunn in law Jacob Dauffes tenn shillings to bee paid within on yeare after my desease

Item all the rest of my houses leases landes tenamentes and goodes whatsoever I give unto Tho: Fluck my sunn to him and his heirs for ever upon condission that hee shall pay all my debts and testamente revoking all other wills and tsetamentes
