In the Name of God Amen The tenth day of March in
the yeare of our Lord 1708. I Giles Fluck senior of Bishops Norton
in the County of Glouc. Being sick in body, but of good and perfect memory,
thanks be to Allmighty god, And Caling to rembrance the uncertain estate of
this transitory life, and that all flesh Must yeld unto Death When it shall
please god to call, Do Make, Constitute, ordain and Declare this my Last
Will and Testament in Maner and form following Revoking and Annuling by these
presents all and Every Testament and Testaments, Will and Wills heartofore
by me made and declared either by word or writing; and this is to be taken
only for my Last Will and Testament, and Non other: And first, being pent
and sorry from the bottom of my hart for my sins past, Most humbly desiring
forgivenes for the same, I give and Commit my soule unto Almighty god my
Saviour and Redeemer, in whom, and by the Merrits of Jesus Christ I trust
and Belive Assuered to be saved, and to have full Remission and forgivenes
of all my sins, and that my soule with my body at the Genarall day of Resurrection,
shall rise Again with Ioy, and through the Merits of Christs Death and Passion,
possess First I Give and bequeath unto My sone Giles Fluck one Guiney. Item I Give unto My Grandsone William Fluck the sum of three Pounds. Item I Give to My Grandsone Giles Fluck the sum of two Pounds. Item I Give and bequeath unto My Loveing Wife Ann and to My sone John Fluck All the Rest of My goods, Chattels and Cattels not formerly Bequeathed. Whom I Doe Nominate and Appoynt to be My whole and sole Executrix and Executor of this my Last Will and testament paying All my Debts and Legacyes.
