Hannah Fluck of Apperley in the parish of Deerhurst, widow 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Hannah Fluck of Apperley in the parish of Deerhurst in the County of Gloucester Widow I direct the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expences by my Executors hereinafter named and subject thereto I give devise and bequeath the whole of my real and personal Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever or wheresoever situate or being unro my children Eleanor Greening William Fluck Elizabeth Fluck and Sophia Fluck their heirs executors administrators and assigns to be equally divided between them as Tenants in common and not as Joint Tenants and I appoint my son William Fluck and my Son in Law John Greening joint Executors of this my Will In Yestimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Eighth day of February in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and forty Nine

Signed by the Testatrix Hannah Fluck in presence of us both present at the same time who thereupon in her presence and in the presence of each other subscribed our names as Witnesses
