Henry Fluck of Bullinghope, Herefordshire, yeoman

 

In the Name of God Amen I Henry Fluck of Bullinghope in the County of Hereford Yeoman do publish and declare my last Will and Testament in manner and form following First I desire that all my just Debts be duly paid and satisfied Item I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Fluck and to my Son John Fluck the Sum of one hundred and Twenty pounds apiece to be paid to them respectively at the end of six months next after the decease of my dear Wife Hannah Fluck Also I give to my Son Henry one Annuity or Yearly Sum of Fifty Shillings to be paid him by two equal half yearly Payments during the lives of him and his present Wife and after her decease (in case he shall survive her and my said wife) Then I do give him the Sum of Fifty Pounds to be paid at the end of six Months next after my said Wife’s decease Also I give to the two Daughters of my said Son James Fluck namely Hannah and Mary the Sum of Twenty pounds a piece to be paid them at the end of six months next after my said Wife’s death And I do give and bequeath to my said Wife for her own absolute use and disposition all and every my Household Goods and Furniture (Except only one Feather Bed with the Furniture thereto belonging which I do give to Hannah the daughter of my said Son James Fluck for her own use and benefit) Also I give to John Watkins the reputed Child of my said Son John by Hannah Watkins the Sum of Ten Pounds towards placing him out in the world or for his advancement in Life in case he shall survive my said Wife to be paid him at the end of six Months next after her decease And I do hereby give to my said Wife the Interest Dividends or Yearly produce use and benefit of all my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever which I shall die possessed of for and during the Term of her natural Life and after her decease Subject to the payment of the above mentioned Legacies I give and bequeath the same unto my Son William Fluck his Executors Administrators and Assigns for his and their absolute use and benefit And Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my said Dear Wife Executrix & my said Son William Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the Twenty fifth Day of November in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy eight – The Mark of Henry Fluck – Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Henry Fluck the Testator as and for her last Will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our Names as Witnesses hereto – Edwin S: Lechuer – W: Parry – Chas Evans

 

Proved at Hereford 23d Janry 1782 before the Venble Nathan Wetherell D.D. Dean etc by the Oath of Hannah Fluck Wd one of the Exors (a power being first reserved for William Fluck the other Exor) To whom etc

Will of Henry Fluck late of Bullinghope in the parish of Saint Martin in the Deanery of Hereford decd was proved by Hannah Fluck widw one of the Extors (a power being first reserved for Wm Fluck the other Exor) Sworn before Abraham Rudd, Cl, Surrate

 

2d Decr 1786

Will of Henry Fluck late of the parish of Saint Martin in the Liberties of the City and Deanery of Hereford Widow deceased was proved by William Fluck one of the Executors named in the said Will (Hannah Fluck Widow the other Exor having first proved the same on the 23d January 1782) Sworn before Richard Underwood Clerk, Surrogate
