In the Name of God Amen December the 5th 1718 I Jacob Fluck of Apperly in the prish of Deerhurst in the County of Glocester being weak but of prfect mind and memory Thanks be to God do make and ordain this my Last Will and testament in maner and form following first I bequeath my soul into the hands of allmighty God who gave it hoping throw the merrittorious Death and Passion of our Blessed Saviour Jesus Christ to Receive free Pardon for all my Sins and Transgressions

Item I give to my Dauter Sarah Fluck the Brass next Biggest Bellmettle Pott Item I give unto my wellbeloved Wife Margery sixty pounds to be paid within one yeare and A half after my decease for my dauter Sarahs maintainance and Apperril but if my dauter Sarah shall pay or Cause to be paid the sum of Three pounds Every yeare of good and Lawful money of England to my well beloved Wif Margery then this sixty pounds is to be void and of non Efect Likewise I give to my welbeloved Wife the House and backside that I now dwelleth in durring her Life and after her Death to my Son Thomas and his Heirs for Ever Lickwise I do make my wellbeloved wife my hole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament: Signed: Seald: publishd prnounced and declar'd by ye said Jacob Fluck as his Last will and testament in the prsents of us the subscribers
