James Fluck of Aston Ingham, Herefordshire, yeoman
In The Name of God Amen I James Fluck of Aston Ingham in the County of Hereford yeoman being sick & weak of body but of sound & perfect Mind & Memory thanks be to almighty God do make & ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner following that is to say First & Principally I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Maker hoping thro the Death of my Saviour Jesus Christ to receive full Pardon for all my Sins & my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the Discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named & for such worldly Goods as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give & bequeath as follows First of all I give & bequeath unto my two Daughters Mary & Betty Fluck each of them one Guinea to be paid them at their Age of one & twenty years All the rest of my Goods Chattels Cattle ready Money & Securities for money Implements of Husbandry & all other my personal Estate whatsoever I give & bequeath unto my beloved Wife & my two Children Sarah & James Fluck to be equally divided betwixt them And I do nominate Constitute & appoint Mary my said Wife to be my sole Executrix of this my last Will & Testament revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made And Lastly I do nominate & appoint my Trusty & welbeloved friends the Revd Mr Barron & Mr William Little to by my Trustees of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this Eighth day of September in the year of Our Lord Christ 1747. Proved at Hereford 4th June 1748 before the Worshipful Edward Wynn Doctor of Laws Vicar General & so forth by the Oath of Mary Fluck Widow Relict of the deced sole Extrix above named To whom & so forth.
