John Fluck of Apperly in the Parish of Deerhurst, yeoman
 

This is the Will and Testament of Me John Fluck of Apperly in the Parish of Deerhurst in the County of Gloucester yeoman (to wit) First I Will and Direct That all my Debts shall be fully paid and satisfied And I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my Son Charles Fluck and his Assigns All that my Messuage or Tenements with the Barns Stables and other Buildings and all Arable Land Meadow and Pasture Ground Commons and Appurtenances belonging thereto and therewith hold and enjoy situate lying and being in Apperley in the several Parishes of Deerhurst and Elmstones Hardwicke in the said County of Gloucester, now in my own Occupation and commonly called The Oak and which I hold by Copy of Court Roll of William Dowdeswell Esqr To Hold the Same unto him my said son Charles and his Assigns for and during the Term of his Natural Life And from and after his Decease I Give Devise and Bequeath the said Premises unto my Eldest Son Thomas Fluck and his Assigns for and during the Term of his Natural Life, and for and during all such Term Estate and Interest as I have or am any way intitled to therein, Also I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my Youngest Son Joseph Fluck All that my Close of Pasture Ground called Evenis’s lying and being in Wightfield in the Parish of Deerhurst aforesaid and which also I hold by Copy of Court Roll of the said William Dowdeswell To Hold the Same unto him my said son Joseph and his Assigns from and after the Death of my Sister Mrs Mary Cox Widow who holds the said Close for her Life, for and during the Term of his Natural Life and for and during all such Term Estate and Interest as I have or am intitled to in the last mentioned Premises Also I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my said son Joseph and my daughter Elizabeth Fluck their Heirs and Assigns All that my Freehold Arable Land Meadow and Pasture Ground with the Commons and Appurtenances belonging thereto situate lying and being in the Parish of Deerhurst aforesaid and in the said County of Gloucester and now in my own Occupation To Hold the Same unto him my said son Joseph and Daughter their heirs and Assigns for Ever as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants, Also I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my said Son Charles the Bed Bedstead Curtains and Vallens and all the Rest of the Furniture in the bed Chamber of my Dwelling house Except only the Chest with Drawers which I Give to my said Daughter, And all my ready Money, Money at Interest, and all the Rest and Residue of my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate not hereinbefore disposed of I Give and Bequeath unto my said Son Joseph and Daughter Equally to be Divided between them Share and Share alike And hereby Revoking all former Wills by me made, I Nominate Constitute and Appoint them my said Son Joseph and Daughter Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereto set my Hand and Seal the Sixteenth Day of August in the Year of our Lord God One Thousand Seven Hundred and fifty Eight
