John Fluck of Tibberton, farmer

 

In the name of God Amen I John Fluck of the Parish of Tibberton in the County of Gloucester Farmer being in sound mind memory and understanding Do make this my last will and Testament in manner and fform Following that is to say. First it is my will and desire that all my Just debts and Funeral Expences be paid and Discharged by my Executors herein after named.  I give and bequeath to my son John one Hundred Pounds  I give and bequeath into my Two Daughters Fifty Pounds each to be paid to my said Son and Daughters when and as soon as they shall attain their respective aged of Twenty one Years, And I Give and Bequeath unto my Dear wife all the Rest and Residue of my Real and Personal state, Stock Crops Growing Goods and Chattles whatsoever or wheresoever I shall be at the time of my Decease possessed of Interested in or in any way Entitled unto, And it is my will and desire that my Executors do cause an Inventory of my Effects to be made within two months after my Decease and have the same valued and appraised, and in Case my said Dear wife shall be married to any other Husband It is my Will and Desire that the said several Legacys above given and bequeathed to my said Son and Daughters, be then put and placed out on Good security at Interest for their several and respective uses and I do desire my friends Mr John Moody and Mr William Young to have the same placed out accordingly.  And I do hereby nominate make and appoint my said Dear Wife and my Friends Mr John Moody and Mr William Young Executrix and Executors and Trustees of this my last Will and testament desiring they will have the same put in Execution, In Witness whereof I have hereunto set and put my hand and seal this Twelfth day of April One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventy nine.

 

Signed Sealed and Delivered by the said John Fluck the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have at his request subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto
