John Fluck of Apperley in the parish of Deerhurst, Farmer  

The last will and testament of John Fluck of Apperley in the parish of Deerhurst in the County of Gloucester Farmer – I give and bequeath all my personal Estate to my dear wife Hannah Fluck and Elizabeth Dipper of Tewkesbury in the County of Gloucester Spinster and the Executors or Administrators of the Survivor of them In trust in the care maintenance and Education of four of my Children namely Ellen William Elizabeth and Sophia in such proportion way and manner in every respect as to them my said wife and the said Elizabeth Dipper in their discretion may seem meet and proper hoping that they will as far they can equal favore to each of my said Children And from and after the Decease of my said wife my will is that such of my said personal Estate as may then remain undisposed of shall be equally divided among such of my said children as may then be living share and share alike – Provided that if my said wife shall marry again then her interest legal and beneficial or otherwise in my said personal Estate to cease – And I do hereby appoint the said Hannah Fluck and the said Elizabeth Dipper guardians of my said Children and also Executors of this my will – In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand this twenty eighth day of February in the year 1835
