In the name of god Amen aboute the tenth daie of November Anno dm 1584 and in the xxvjth yere of the Reigne of or sovreigne Ladie Elizabeth the Queenes Matie that nowe is, I Jone Flucke of Trynley in the Countie of Glouc singlewoman sicke in bodie, but whole of mynde & perfecte in Remembrance, thanks be unto Almightie god, ordeine & make this my pnte Testamente conteyninge my Laste will in maner and forme folowynge first I bequethe my soule unto Almightie god my Creator and Redem and my bodie to be buryed in Christen buryall. Itm my will is that Wyllm Frankombe of Trynley foreseid and Lawrence Cooke of Appley in the seid in the seid Countie of Gloucester yeomen shall distribute unto the poore Inhabitants of Trynley foreseid such porcon of my gooddes as by them shalbe thought good: and also shall geve unto Thomas Flucke my brother such porcon of my gooddes as by them, the said Wm & Lawrence shalbe thought good, All the Residue of my gooddes moveable & unmoveable un bequeathed and not distrybutid by the said Willyam & Lawrence I geve unto John Beale thunger of Trynley foresed Whome I ordeine & make my soole & lawfull Executor of this my pnte Testament. Item I nominate & Appointe the seid Wm & Lawrence overseers of this my pnte Testament
