In the name of God Amen the first day of Maie Ao Dm 1615 I Jone Flucke of Cheltenham in the Countie of Glouc singlewoman somewhat diseased in bodie but of pfect memorie (god thereof be praysed) thus make my testamt declaring my last will in manner & forme following: first I give & bequeth my soule to Allmighty god my creator trusting to be saved through the merits & passion of Jesus Christ my Redemer, and my bodie to be buried in Christen buriall at the discrecon of myne executors. Itm I give & bequeth to the three daughters of Edward Flucke my brotherdecesed Eight pounds a piece and yf any of them shall dye before marriage my will ys that her porcon shall remayne to thother sister or sisters equally to be divided. Itm I give & bequeth to my nephen John Flucke ixl to by payd hym wthin one yere after my death. Itm I give to my newphew Willm Flucke the table in the kitchin & a cupbord & paire of shetes wch I have allredy decided & twoe pewter platters & a bed allredie decided Itm I give & bequeth to my niece Jone Fortie a yelow bason. Itm I give & bequeth to my said niece Jone & her sister Anne Flucke each of them a flockbed & bolster & to Elinor their sister a bolster & a tableclothe and to evrie of the the sayd sisters one paire of sheets. Itm I give & bequeth unto the sayd Anne & Jone all my woolle & wering apparell. Itm I give vjs viijd to by my shroud, and to the pore of Swyndon ijs and viijs to the pore of Cheltenham and xxs to defray my funerall expense. Itm I give to my cozen Roger Chamberlayn xxs and to my cozen Richard Fortie xxs besydes xxs that I owe hym. Itm I give to my niece Anne a pott & a great brasse panne a pair of andyrons a bed covring & a twillie canvas & a skeele & a table bord. Itm I give to my niece Jone a cowle & two barrils & a payle. Itm to Florence Flucke I give a cherne a payle & a twornt Itm to Elenor Fluck I give a little caldron: all the rest of my foods unbequethed I give & bequeth to my cozen Richard Fortie & my niece Anne Flucke whom I make my executors of this my will & testamt according to the trust I repose in them. And I likewise appoint Samuell Clinton Clarke & Thomas Morrell overseers to set virtue betweene all pties. Itm my will is that where as my kinseman Willm Flucke oweth me all most fowrtie pounds out of the wch all the legacies of money given & bequethed are to be payd, my will is that yf the sayd Willm his executors or assigns shall not pay the sayd debt to myne executors without sute of law, that then none of the psones that have any legacie of money herein bequethed shall beare part of the charge in the sayd sute & of all casualties of the sayd debt according to the quantitie of their severall legacies and I give & bequeth to Richard & Marian children of the sayd Jone Fortie xxs apiece and to the sayd Marian a bordcloth & a platter, and to the sayd Elenor Fluck a towell.
