Lawrence Fluck of Apperley in the parish of Deerhurst, yeoman
 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Lawrence Fluck of Apperley in the parish of Deerhurst in the County of Gloucester Yeoman for the Disposition of that Estate wherewith I am blessed - First I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary Expences shall be fully paid and satisfied by my Executor hereinafter named - I give and bequeath the principal Sum of two hundred and fifty pounds unto my Brothers John Fluck Charles Fluck and William Fluck and my Nephew John Fluck son of my said Brother John Fluck (and whom I have hereinafter appointed my Executor) in equal shares and proportions to and for their own several and respective Use and Benefit - I give and bequeath unto my said Brother William Fluck one Bed Bedstead Hangings and furniture - And I do hereby give and bequeath unto my Nephew John Fluck his Executors Administrators and Assigns All my household Goods, furniture plate Linen Glass China Earthenware Utensils and effects and all the rest residue and remainder of my moneys Securities for money Book and other Debts, goods chattells and personal Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever to and for his and their own proper Use and Benefit - And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Nephew John Fluck sole Executor of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made - In Witness whereof I the said testator have to this my last Will and testament set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of February in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six

Signed Sealed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last Will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and his presence and in the Sight and presence of each other have subscribed our Names as Witnesses hereto
