Mary Fluck of Lower Bullinghope, Herefordshire, Spinster

 

In the Name of God Amen I Mary Fluck of Lower Bullinghope in the County of Hereford Spinster being mindfull of my Mortality Do make this my last Will and Testament in Writing in manner and Form following First I desire that my Debts and Funeral Expences may be principally paid and discharged by my Executor hereinafter named Also I give and Bequeath unto my Sister one Shilling and no more Also I give devise and Bequeath unto my Unkle Henry Fluck his Heirs Executors and Administrators all and singular my Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments ready Money Securities for Money Goods Chattells real and Personal Estate whatsoever for and towards making him some recompence and satisfaction for the great care of me and the trouble and expence he hath had and been put unto upon my Account during several tedious Fitts of Sickness and at other Times when I was out of service And Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my said Unkle Henry Fluck Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the Fifteenth Day of December in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty – The mark of Mary Fluck – Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named Mary Fluck the testatrix as and for her last Will and testament in the presence of Us, who subscribed our Names as Witnesses in her presence and also in the presence of Each other Ann Cooper James Cooper William Fluck

 

Proved at Hereford 27th March 1761 before the Venble Francis Webber D:D: Dean of the Cathedral Church of Hereford by the Oath of Henry Fluck the Sole Exor To whom & so forth &c

Will of Mary Fluck late of the parish of St Martin in the Deanery of Hereford Spinster deced was proved by Henry Fluck the Sole Exor &c before the Surrogate aforesaid
