Mary Fluck of Aston Ingham, Herefordshire, widow

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Fluck of the parish of Aston Ingham in the County of Hereford Widow I give and bequeath unto my Son in Law John Green otherwise Hooper of the parish of Aston Ingham aforesaid Tailor All that my Leasehold Cottage or Tenement wherein I now live with the Garden and four Closes of land thereunto belonging containing by Estimation nine Acres (be the same more or less) situate in the Parish of Aston Ingham aforesaid and in the occupation of myself my said Son in Law John Green otherwise Hooper and my son Joseph Fluck To hold the same unto my said Son in Law John Green otherwise Hooper his heirs executors administrators and assigns for all my estate term and Interest therein Subject nevertheless to the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary Expenses And also subject to the payment of the Legacy or Sum of ten pounds to my daughter Sarah Tyler of the Parish of Ledbury in the said County of Hereford Widow at the expiration of three Years from my decease and I do hereby expressly charge and make chargeable my said Leasehold Cottage Lands and Premises with the payment thereof And by my said Son in Law John Green otherwise Hooper I mean to designate the illegitimate Son of Sarah late wife of John Green of Huntley in the County of Gloucester Tailor before her marriage  to the said John Green Sarah Hooper and which said John Green otherwise Hooper was Baptized in the Parish Church of Huntley aforesaid on the seventh day of February one thousand seven hundred and ninety by the name of John Son of Sarah Hooper and is Commonly called or known by the name of John Green I also Give and bequeath unto the said John Green otherwise Hooper all my ready money Securities for money debts due and owing to me at the time of my decease my Household Goods and Furniture and all other my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever To hold the same unto and to the use of the said John Green otherwise Hooper his executors administrators and assigns And I do hereby appoint my said Son in Law John Green otherwise Hooper residuary Legatee and sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of January in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty two – Mary Fluck – Signed Sealed Published and declared by the said Testatrix Mary Fluck as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in her presence and in the Presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto – William Pedlingham May Hill – Jos: Cannock Clerk to Wm Cadle Solicitor Newent

 

Proved at Hereford 6 May 1835 before the Revd & Wors Charles Taylor DD Vicar Genl &c by the Oath of John green otherwise Hooper the sole Executor within named / To whom etc.
