Thomas Fluck ye Elder of Appley, yeoman 

In the Name of God Amen the tenth day of October in the Nineteenth yeare of the Raine of our Soveraine Lord Charles the second by the grace of god of England Scotland France and Irerland kinge defender of the faith &c I Thomas Fluck yeElder of Appley in the Parish of Dearehurst and County of Glouc yeoman beinge Sick in Body but of good and perfit memory thanks bee to God doe whilest ability Last mark and ordayne this my Last will and testament in manner and forme followinge first I comend my Soule in to the hands of Allmighty God my maker from whens I receved it and my body to the Earth where of it was made belevinge the Resurrection there of and the Reunion of both and for my worley welth and outward Estate I dispose of as followeth Imps I give and bequeave unto my grand children Mary Haward Mary Vicridge Dority Vicridge and Elizabeth Vicridge twenty pounds apeece Itm I give unto John Vicridge and William Haward my grandsons five pounds apece which Legases my will is shall bee Raised out of the Rents on one Lease I formerly tocke of one Thomas Lord Coventry Lyinge and beeinge in Dearehurst And my will is that the first money that shall bee Raised of the said Lease to bee put out by my Executrix and overseers for the best advantage for Mary Hawards Money is put out then my will is that the Rest of the Maids Money shall bee Raised as fast as it can: And that the two boyse to bee Last but if It should hapne that any or either of those Children should die before those Legases bee Raised then My will is that; that Childs portion that shall hapne to die to Returne Back to my sonne William Fluck And my will is as soone as those Legases bee Raised that the said Lease shall Returne to my sonne William Fluck his Executors Administrators or Assigns Itm I give unto my sonne William Flucke his Heirs Executors and Admins as soone as him or Either of them shall pay or causse to bee paid unto My Executrix or to whome shee shall appoynte Two hundred pound towards the payment of my Debts All that Messuage tenement or dwelinge house with all the Land and pasture there unto belongine which I Bought of one Edmund Poulton with the table bordes Bedsteeds two Preses one chest ten good hogsheads sider with one Meale trow one Longe trowe to salt meat in becnches wanscot and formes tablet botoms sealings and glas of the windos and one goose cub all which standerds my will is shall bee and Remaine in the said house and not to bee moved; And furthermore My willis as soone as my depts bee paid and all things discharged that my sone William Fluck his Heirs Executors or Admins shall Enter upon and have all the Rest of my land whether Lease or freehould Land Allso I give unto my soone William Fluck My Iron Backs Jack broth inner corre[?] and sider trams all which shall not bee moved out of the said house Itm I guve unto my Daughter Francis Vicridge My best paire of sheets And if my Executrix shall happen to die or bee maried before my Depts bee paid then my will is that my sonne William Fluck shall bee my Executor to discharge the Remainder givinge good secarty for the payment there of And that shee shall give an account of such money that shee shall have in her hands if any bee And furthermore my will is that my Executrix shall presently after my desease Assine over unto My Sonne William Fluck one Lease of the privie teythes and hey which I took of John Cassey Esqr and my will is that my sonne William Fluck shall gather up what teythes bee now presently Due and give an Acount to my Executrix and what is wantinge of this next quarters Rent my will is shee shall mark up

Itm I doe nominate and apoyntt my daughter Fransis Vicridge my sole Executrix of this my Last will and testament

And lastly I doe nominate and apoynte my welbeloved kinsmen John Flucke and Edward Fluck overseers of this my Last will and testament here by Revokinge all former wills by mee made And doe give them halfe a pound apeece yo By them Gloves

And farther more my will is that my sone William Fluck or his wife doe or shall tacke away pne Copey hould Called by the name of Marshalls so that my Daughter Fransis Vicridge doe not have it durring her Naturall Life then my will is that my Daughter Francis Vicridge shall have one Lease I tocke of John Cassey Esqr of certaine meddow and meddow Leases all Comprehended in one Lease
