Thos Fluck of the Parish of Lye als Leigh, yeoman 

In The Name of God Amen I Thos Fluck of the Parish of Lye als Leigh in the County of Gloucester Yeoman being weak in Body but of a Sound and disposing Mind and Memory Doe make this my last Will and Testament the Second Day of May in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven Hundred fifty and two that is to say first I commit my Soul into the hands of Almighty God and my Body to the Earth to be decently buried in Christian Burial And for my Personal Estate I dispose thereof as followeth- Also I give and bequeath unto my Unkle John Fluck a certain Pasture Ground called Brook Furlong in the Parish of Down-Hatherly in the said County of Gloucr together with a Acre of Meadow Ground in the said Down Hatherly: Meadow for and during is Natural Life but after his Death my Will is that the said premises shall go to my Kinsman Giles Fluck son of my sister Ann Fluck of Apperly in the Parish of Deerhurst and County of Gloucr aforesaid My Said Unkle John Fluck shall not Mortgage nor commit Waste by ploughing up the said Ground nor cuting any Timber of the said Ground during his Life – Also I give to my said Kinsman Giles Fluck One Bed one Coverlid two Blankets a Pair of Sheets one large brewing Kettle and one large Ovel Table to be delivered to him by my Executrix hereafter mentioned when he shall come to the Age of twenty one Years – Also I give to my Brother-in-law Edmund Fluck of Apperly aforesaid and his wife Ann Fluck one Guinea each – Also I give to my Kinsman Edmd Fluck Son of the abovsd Edmd and Ann Fluck the Sum of twenty one Shillings Also I give to my said Sister Ann Fluck's three Youngest Children to wit Ann Joseph and Mary the Sum of twenty one Pounds to be equally divided between them to be paid to my Sister Ann Fluck on Demand and her Receit to be a Discharge for the same – Also I give to my Kinswoman Ann Woadly One Guinea and one Coffer Also I give devise and bequeath unto my Kinswoman Judeth Hancock of the Lye aforesd Widw all the rest of my Goods Cattle and Personal Estate whatsoever paying thereout the abovesaid Legacies with funeral Expenses and all other Charges and Expenses whatsoever And I do make her sole Executrix of this my last will with full Power to receive and Pay all my Depts whatsoever And hereby I revoke & make void all former Wills by me heretofore made In Wittness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Day and Year first above written
