William Flowke of Dearehurste, yeoman
 

In the name of God Amen The fyrste daye of October 1625 I William Flowke of the pish of Dearehurste in the County of Glouc yeoman sick in bodie butt of good & pfect memorie laude & prayse begiven unto allmightie god doe make & ordayne this my laste will & testamente in manner & forme followinge That ys to saie; First I commende my soule into the hands of god my maker hoopinge assuredly through the meritts of Jesus Christe my Savioure to be made partaker of life everlastinge, And I commend my bodie to the yearth whereof it was made: Ite I doe give and bequeath unto my god son William Flowke my sonn Gyles sonn one bushell of barley to be paid wthin six months after my decesse, Ite I give and bequeath unto William Flowke my sonn the cobard att the boards end in the halle the waynscott in the same rome the iron in the chymnie ovr the fyre, the kerbe of the well & the Implements to the same well, And all the panements and pichinge Irones aboute the house & courte my wife to have the use of them dureing her life: & then to be delivred prsentlye after my wives decess: Ite I give and bequeath unto my daughter Margarett Greeninge tenn shillings in money to be payd att Michaellmas come two yeares next after my decesse to by her a ringe, Ite I give and bequeath unto my daughter Johan Duttson five pounds in money the wch she hath (recee)ved allredie Ite I give and bequeath unto Thomas Flowke (my sonn)e Twenty shillings in money to be paid him when he doth come to the full age of one (and tw)enty yeares, and my boate after my decesse prsentlie to be delivred Ite I give and bequeath unto (my dau)ghter Alic Flowke fyve pounds in money to be payd her wthin three yeares after my (decesse: Ite I give) and bequeath unto my sonn Richard Flowke my lease of the Oxleasowe and to enter upon the same ground prsently after my decesse: And further I doe give and bequeath unto Richard my sonn all the bottomes of all the talletts and all the houses buylded upon postes piched in the grounde & all the sollers that be unpind & unnayled The table board & frame in the hall the The forme & bynche in the same rome The longe wayne & wheeles & all that doth belonge unto him and all the reste of my tacke that doth belonge to my husbandrie This to be delivred unto him prsently after my wives decesse: Ite I give and bequeath unto Johan Creise my daughter one bushell of barley to be delivred wthin six months after my decesse: And further my will ys that yf any of my said children shall happen to die or decesse before theire legacies be payd that then his or theire pte or porcions soe decessed shalbe equallie devided betweene my daughter Alice my sonn Thomas & my son Richard: And yf my son Richard doth happen to die or decesse before he doth come to the full age if Eighteene yeares then his parte ot portion shall remayne unto Johan my wife whome I doe make my whole executrix Ite all the reste of my goods & chattells moveable & unmoveable I give and bequeath unto Johan Flowke my wyfe whome I doe make my whole executrix of this my last will & testament & I doe apoynte my welbe loved frends in Christe John Flowke Edmund Morton & (W)illiam Mylton to be ovrseers to see this my last will & testament executed & pformed and for theire (to)ken I doe five to each of them ijs apeece & inwitness whereof I the said William Flowke have here unto putt (my han)d & seale to this my last will & testament
