William Fluck of Apperley in the parish of Deerhurst, yeoman

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Fluck of Apperley in the parish of Deerhurst in the County of Gloucester Yeoman for the Disposition of that Estate in the world wherewith God hath been pleased to bless me First I Order and Direct that all my just Debts and Funeral Expences and the charges of proving this my Will shall be fully paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named out of my Personal Estate And I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my Son John Fluck One Shilling of Lawful Money of Great Britain Also I Give Devise and Bequeath unto Elizabeth Fluck, Sarah Fluck and John Fluck Daughters and Son of my Son John Fluck Eight Butts of Arable Land together with the Headland of Arable Land belonging thereto situate lying and being in Shipping Field in Apperley aforesaid Also two Lands and a Headland of Arable Land in a certain Field called The Red Field in a certain place there called the Wire To hold unto them the said Elizabeth Fluck, Sarah Fluck and John Fluck their Heirs and Assigns for Ever to be equally divided between them Share and Share alike as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants And also I Give Devise and Bequeath unto Charles Venn of Apperley aforesaid with whom I now live and Reside and to his Heirs and Assigns for Ever All that my Messuage Tenement or Dwelling House situate at Apperley aforesaid and now in the Occupation of the said Charles Venn and Myself together with the Garden and Orchard thereto adjoining and belonging And also I Give Devise and Bequeath unto the said Charles Venn his Heirs and Assigns for Ever All that Pasture Ground lying in the Bottom of the said Field called Shipping field and commonly called Shippingfield Orchard And also my part of the Brake in the Redfield aforesaid in that part thereof called the Wire To Hold unto him the said Charles Venn his Heirs and Assigns for Ever subject to and Charged and Chargeable nevertheless with and I hereby Subject and Charge the Messuage or Tenement Lands and Premises so as aforesaid given unto the said Charles Venn to and with the payment of the Sum of Four Pounds each year of lawful Money of Great Britain which I hereby Give unto my Son in Law Samuel Bishop for and during the Term of his Natural Life the said Sum of Four Pounds to be paid yearly and the first Payment thereof to begin and be made at the end of one year next after me Decease And I hereby Subject and Charge the Messuage or Tenement Lands and Premises given to the said Charles Venn to and with the Payment of the Sum of Four Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain which I hereby Give unto Hannah Bishop Daughter of the said Samuel Bishop and I Direct that the same shall be paid to her at the end of one year next after the Decease of her Father the said Samuel Bishop And all the Rest Residue and remainder of my Money Securities for Money Book Debts, Plate, Linnen Household Goods Wearing Apparel, Tools, and Real And Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever I Give Devise and Bequeath the same and every part thereof unto the said Charles Venn his Executors Administrators and Assigns as his and their own Property for Ever And hereby revoking all former Wills by me made I Nominate Constitute and Appoint the said Charles Venn sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty Fourth Day of May in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred
