In the name of god Amen the xvjth daye of Aprill in the yere of or Lord god 1573 I William Flucke of the prishe of Derehurste wthin the county of Gloster husbandman being Sicke in bodye but of food and pfecte memory, I geave laude and prayse unto all mightye god, doo make my Laste will and testament in maner and former folowyng. Firste I do yeld my solle in to the handes of my mersifull and All mightye god my maker and redemer, and my bodye to be buryed in the churche yarde of Direhurste. It I geave and and bequethe to Anthony Flucke my brother and to the heyers of his bodie Lawfully begotten all my Landes in Walton wth theyer appurtynans and the sayd Anthony not to enter uppon the sayde Landes untyll the feaste of St Mykell tharkeangell nexte comyng, It I will that the sayd Anthony shall paye unto my sayd wyfe iiijls in Syxe yeres next folowing vil xiijs iiijd every yere during the sayd Syxe yere.

It I geave and bequethe to Edmond Flucke sone unto my brother Edmond Flucke xls in money and one Ierne towe

It I geave and bequethe unto Houghe Flucke sone unto my brother Houghe Flucke fyve poundes the wch is owing me vid of one Thomas Launder of the prishe of Westbury fower poundes and of one Thomas Symonnes of Norton the other twentye shillinges the wch is dewe at Mykellmas nexte comyng

Also I geave to the same Houghe one sowe

It I geave and bequethe to Irseley Coxe one plowe on share and one cult Ierne wth xls in money

It I geave and bequethe to Showsanne Coxe one flocke bed on payer of shetts one bouster and one canvas wth fower bushells of wheate and fower of barly to be delyvrd at the daye of hir marege. So that it be wth hir mothers condisent

It I geave to William Benett my man two bushells of barley and my whitt resset quotte

It I geave unto the poore thre bushells of corne

All my other goodes movable and unmovable not bequethed I geve to Margery my wyffe whome I doo make my whole executrixe

I do make my overseers of this my laste will and testament Lawrence Cooke and Anthony Flucke
