William Fluck Junior of Apperley

In the name of God Amen I William Fluck Junor of Apperly in the parish of Deerhurst in the County of Gloucister being to take A grate Injury And if God gives me leave and considdering the frailty of mans life and the naturall disases that Are now In this nation doth make and ordaine this my Last will and testament in manor and forme As followeth furst I bequeath my soul to All mighty God that gave it And for my worly Estate I give as followeth:

Itm I give and bequath All that parte of my Estate Lying and being in the parish of the Lye unto Sarah Evnis the now wife of Robert Evnis Junor And hur Airs for ever paying the legases after mentioned That is Twenty pounds to my kinswoman Ann Curtis daughter of Thomas Curtis of Elmstone Hardweck to be paid when shee com to the Age of on and Twenty yeres And forty shillins to Sarah Hallin wif of John Hallin.

Itm I give and bequeath All that two parcels of ground Lying in Apperly in the parish of Dearhurst that Is on ground called Madgrove and on Acker of medow In Wickcom unto my unkell John Flucke for his lif And then to his daughter Elizabeth Flucke and her Airs And for want of shuch Airs to hur Airs next A kind: And I dow make and Apynt my unkell John Flucke to be my wholl and sole Excukitor of This my last will and Testament wher to I have put my hand and sall this Eighteenth day of November on thousand seven hundord and six:
