Comments

“my Loveing brothr Richd Bankes” was the second husband of Margaret’s deceased brother-in-law’s widow.

“my Loveing Sister” was  the aforementioned brother-in-law’s widow, Margaret Banks

Margaret Hatton provided for her son Thomas’ tuition.  Thomas was born in March 1642/43 and in February 1656/57 was 13 years old.  Her elder son, Robert, had been born in July 1637, so he was 19 years old and required no funds for his tuition.
