In the name of God Amen I Sarah Hatton late of Tuekesbury
in the County of Gloucester Spinster being sick in body but of sound and
perfect mind and memory God be praised doe make this my last Will and Testament
First I bequeath my Soul to God that gave it in hopes of a Joyfull resurrection
by the Merits of my blessed Saviour and Redeemer And as for my Estate I
dispose of it as followeth Imprimis I give and bequeath unto the poore
within the Town of Tukesbury Forty shillings Item I give Forty shillings
towards the repaires of Tukesbury Church Item I give to William and
Mary Yernall Thirty shillings apeece Item I give to Mr
John Matthews Minister of Tueksbury Forty shillings to buy him a ring
Item I give unto Elizabeth Ann and Mary Denny of Tueksbury
Twenty shillings apeece Item I give unto Mrs Denny Mother
of the said Elizabeth Ann and Mary Twenty shillings Item
I give unto my Cousin Thomas Lovering Five pounds Item I give unto
my Cousin Katherine Forty the summe of Five pounds Item I give unto
my uncle and Aunt Berkley Twenty shillings apeece Item I give unto
my Cousin Susanna Berkley Twenty shillings Item I give unto my Cousin
Joseph Clarke and his wife Twenty shillings apeece Item I give unto
my Cousins Elizabeth Sarah and Mary Peirson Twenty shillings
apeece Item I give to William Steight and his wife of Tueksbury
twenty shillings apeece Item I give unto my Cousins Mary Sarah and
John Hale Twenty shillings apeece Item I give unto my Cousin Thomas
Lunn[?] Twenty shillings Item I give unto my Cousin William Buckle
and his wife Twenty Shillings apeece Item I give unto my uncle and
Aunt Mathews Twenty shillings apeece Item I give unto my Cousins
Thomas Timothy Samuel and John Mathews Twenty shillings apeece
Item I give to my Brother and Sister Mathews Twenty shillings apeece
All the rest and residue of my Estate both reall and personall I give devise
and bequeath unto my dear sister Elizabeth Hatton And doe herebye
appoint her the said Elizabeth Hatton my whole and sole Executrix
of this my last Will and Testament And in case of her death I doe herebye
appoint my loving Uncle Timothy Mathews my whole and sole Executor
In witnes whereof I the said Sarah Hatton have hereunto sett my hand and
seale this Thirteenth day of December Anno Dni One Thousand six hundred
and Ninety four Sarah Hatton Signed sealed published and declared
by the said Testatrix Sarah Hatton to be her last Will and Testament
